Position:

Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Duties:

• Work with stake holders for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed, technical specifications.
• Create Dashboards, Alerts ,machine learning reports using Splunk MLTK app and applying different algorithm like Forecast Time Series.
• Create Dashboard mockups, Alerting requirements and getting their sign-off.
• Create user stories and working with Product Owner to prioritize and plan them into sprints and building the sprint backlog.
• Discuss the user stories with the team during sprint refinement calls, reviewing the deliverables, tracking the progress and planning for Route-To-Live through Change Management process.
• Create use cases for Machine Learning for proactive monitoring.
• Create Glass tables, Service Analyzer, Deep dives, Anomaly detection and predicting Service Health Score using Splunk IT Service Intelligence(ITSI).

Education(Required):

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
